An AI chatbot for real estate that turns listing questions into leads

A buyer looking at a listing at 11pm has a question — is it still available, how many bedrooms, can I see it Saturday — and an agent who answers in the morning has often lost them to whoever answered first. Most of those answers are on the listing page already.

The questions it answers for you

Not a script you write. These come out of your own pages, in your own words, at two in the morning as readily as at noon.

  • Is 42 Oak Street still available?
  • How many bedrooms does the Maple Avenue house have?
  • What areas do you cover?
  • Do you work with first-time buyers?
  • What does it cost to list my house with you?
  • Can I see this one this weekend?

What it answers, and what it hands to you

It answers, from your own pages

  • Listing details that are on your listing pages — beds, baths, price, features
  • The areas and property types you work in
  • How buying or selling with you works, as your site describes it
  • Commission or fee information, if you publish it
  • Office hours and how to reach each agent

It takes their details and hands these to you

  • Showing requests — it takes the name, contact details and the property
  • Home valuations — it captures the address for the agent to follow up
  • Offers, negotiation and anything about a live transaction
  • Opinions about neighborhoods or who lives there — it answers only from your pages

Why this one, for real estate

Every listing page becomes an answer

Point it at your sitemap and it reads each listing you've published. When a listing changes, re-read the sitemap and the new copy replaces the old.

The lead includes the property

A showing request arrives with the listing they asked about, so the agent calls back knowing exactly what the buyer wants to see.

No opinions it shouldn't have

It answers from what you've written and nothing else, so it won't volunteer views about schools or neighborhoods that you never published.

Sold listings

If a listing page still exists, it will read it. Mark it sold on the page — or remove it and re-read — and the answer changes with it.

Our listings come from the MLS through an IDX plugin. Can it read them?

It reads pages it can fetch from your sitemap. Many IDX setups publish listing pages on your own domain that it can read; some load listings inside a frame or with scripts it cannot see. Run the trial on your site and check which listings it can answer about before you pay.

Questions

Can it schedule showings?

No. It captures the request with the property and the buyer's contact details so an agent can confirm a time. It does not connect to a calendar.

Will it tell a buyer a house is available when it has sold?

It answers from your pages as they were last read. Keep sold listings marked on the page or re-read your sitemap after changes, and it stays current. It cannot see the MLS directly.

What is the best AI chatbot for real estate?

The one that answers from your own pages, costs a flat amount and takes minutes rather than a rollout. That is what this is built to be: $49 a month for 1,000 replies, no seats, no charge per resolution, no branding fee, and a 3-day free trial with no card so you can judge it on your own customers rather than on a demo.

How long does it take to set up?

One script tag before the closing body tag, and the addresses of your shipping, returns and FAQ pages. Most are answering customers within a few minutes. There is no flow builder to draw and no training period.

Will it make things up about my business?

It answers from the pages and notes you give it and nothing else. Asked something you have not covered, it says it does not know, points the customer to you, and records the gap in your dashboard so you can see what you are missing.

Do I need a developer?

No, if you can paste a line of HTML into your theme. There are step-by-step pages for Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and the rest, and the line is identical on all of them.

What does it cost?

A 3-day free trial with every Growth feature and no card, then $49 a month for 1,000 replies with lead capture included. Flat — the replies are included, so it does not get more expensive the better it works.
