The thing that usually catches people out
The full-page cache. Until it is flushed Magento keeps serving the old pages without the chat on them, which looks exactly like the install failing. Behind Varnish or a CDN, purge that too. The chat will not show on the checkout either: since 2.4.7 the payment pages run a strict content security policy that blocks scripts it has not been told about, and nobody mid-payment needs a chat bubble anyway.
It will not make things up about your shop

Questions
Will it slow my Magento shop down?

Can it make up a policy I do not have?
