Product questions
Starter and upPrices, stock and specifics, answered from your feed.
Once your product feed is loaded the assistant answers on individual items — what a thing costs, whether it is in stock, what it is made of — which is the question that most often stands between a visitor and a checkout.
Part of one AI chatbot

- Clickable questionsOpeners a visitor taps instead of composing one.
- Answer gapsEvery question it could not answer, flagged.
- Lead captureTakes a name and an address at the moment they would have left.
- Upselling and cross-sellingOne relevant suggestion, after the answer, never invented.
- CRM-ready exportStraight into HubSpot, Salesforce or a spreadsheet.

Questions
Which plan includes product questions?
Starter and above, at $59 a month. It is part of the chatbot, not an add-on: there is one subscription and nothing to buy separately.
Do I buy this on its own?
No. It is part of one AI chatbot, under one subscription. The plans differ in how many replies you get and which features are switched on, not in what you have to assemble.
How do I turn it on?
From your dashboard, once you have signed up. The chatbot goes on your site with one line of HTML, and every feature is a setting on that same chatbot — nothing extra to install.
Can I try it before paying?
The free plan runs the chatbot itself, so you can judge the quality of its answers on your own customers first. Product questions is on Starter and up, and the subscription is monthly with no contract, so a month is the most you can be wrong by.
